Parker Cottage was built in 1895 and owned by the well-known architect at the time, John Parker.
It has been lovingly restored to its former beauty with all modern amenities. The 8 double en-suite bedrooms are warm and colourfully decorated for your comfort ... the ideal environment to sit back and enjoy our complimentary sherry.
Crisp white linen and fresh flowers are provided. Relax in the lounge or on the front veranda overlooking the charming garden.
The guest house is situated within easy walking distance of the city centre and some of Cape Town's finest restaurants are just around the corner.
Leisurely health or English breakfasts are served and dinner on request of minimum 8 persons can be arranged.
The Cape Town city bowl suburbs are situated on the slopes
of Table Mountain, close to some of the most stunning beaches in the world.
Apart from Tamboerskloof, the city center suburbs include Gardens, Vredehoek,
Oranjezicht and Higgovale. Accommodations here offer magnificent views
across the city bowl and further north to Table Bay the harbour and
Robben Island. There are literally dozens of restaurants to choose from, a wide
range of bars and pubs and theatres and cinemas. The new Cape Town International
Convention Centre and the Waterfront at the foot of the central
business district are only minutes away. The winelands and Robben Island are
